近日，霍尼韋爾宣布推出全新工業智能壓力變送器產品，幫助流程制造商提升通訊能力，提高運營效率并降低全生命周期成本。

　　霍尼韋爾智能變送器具備獨特的“效率提升”特性，圖形化顯示，可將生產數據以圖形化格式呈現，并能與控制室進行通訊，有效簡化了現場設備支持的程序。

　　智能變送器的另一個特性是模塊化組件設計，允許更換獨立變送器組件而非更換整個單元來實現簡化維護的功能，即使在危險區域也是如此。此外，模塊化的設計還為用戶提供更加靈活的采購、降低庫存成本以及減少維護工作，因而能夠降低工廠生命周期成本。

　　霍尼韋爾現場設備業務全球副總裁兼總經理馬同樂提到：“智能變送器在精度、響應時間、衰減率，以及可靠性方面大大超越了工業標準。通過在產品組態、安裝、升級及維護方面使用模塊化設計，實現了最低的生命周期成本。可以和所有的自動化系統通過開放通訊協議模塊進行通訊并和霍尼韋爾過程知識系統及舊有DCS系統緊密集成。”

　　與其它眾多變送器不同，Smart Line智能變送器不會由于反向接線極性而受損，而且還能正常工作。
