膠帶輸送機為選礦設備中的輔助設備，用來輸送松散物料或成件物品，廣泛應用于礦山、冶金、煤炭等部門。 我公司生產的交代送機具有輸送量大、結構簡單、維護方便、部件標準化等優點。可根據輸送工藝的要求前臺使用，也可多臺膠帶輸送機組合或與其他輸送設備組成水平或傾斜的輸送系統，以滿足不同布置形式的作業線需要。膠帶傳送機可在環境溫度—20°C至+40°C范圍內使用，輸送物料的溫度在50°C以下。 注： 1、 參數表中膠帶傳送機輸送量是在物料密度為1.0t/m³~1.6t/m³， 輸送機傾角≤18°，物料堆積角為30°的條件下得出。 2、 可輸送物料密度在2.5 t/m³以下。 3、 膠帶傳送機輸送長度不限于表中所列值，可根據用戶的需要進行制造。 The belt conveyors consist of standard parts and they have the advantages of large transfer quantity,simple structure,easy maintenance and standard parts.They are widely used in mining,metallurgy and coal industry to transfer sandy or lump materials,or packaged materials.According to different technical requirement,the belt conveyors can be used singly or with other transferring equipment.The belt conveyors are usually used in temperature between —20°C and 40°C and the temperature of the materials should be below 50°C.
