整套系統包括:吊牌輸送平臺、等離子表面處理、RFID讀寫器、UV噴碼、視覺檢測、UV-LED干燥、剔廢等部分組成。

發卡部可根據吊牌出紙方向(橫向出紙,或縱向出紙),選擇對應寬度的皮帶,保證穩定性。
等離子表面處理部可增加墨水附著力,保證圖文更耐刮擦。
RFID讀寫器采用先進的動態讀寫技術,當某個吊牌讀寫失敗,讀寫器會發送一個暫停一次噴碼的信號給UV噴碼頭。
UV噴碼采用理光G5噴墨系統,墨滴小、精度高,再細小的文字,也能完美展現。
視覺檢測系統會對UV噴碼頭噴印的內容進行檢測,檢測內容包括OCR、條碼、二維碼等。檢測完畢,會將數據發送給RFID讀寫系統,進行數據匹配。匹配失敗會把信號發送給剔廢裝置。
UV-LED干燥系統節能、環保。占用體積小,整個干燥系統僅有800瓦。

Plasma surface processor can increase ink adhension on plastic.
RFID read&write system using dynamic R&W technology. When one tag failed to read or write, the system will send one pause print message to UV printhead.
UV print system can choose G5 or G5i or G6 printhead. Smaller ink droplet and high resolution ensure the better performance.
Variable data check system will check the data with original data file. The system can check OCR/ 1D code/2D code. After read the information, the system will send it to RFID read&write system for secondary checking. If failed, it will send a reject message to auto reject valve.
