一、無煙煤濾料說明：

無煙煤濾料采用原煤為原料，經精選、破碎、和兩次篩分而成，外觀光澤好，呈球狀，機械強度高，抗壓性能好，化學性能穩定，不含有毒物質，耐磨損，在酸性、中性、堿性水中均不溶解，另外無煙煤顆粒表面粗糙，有良好的吸附能力，孔隙率大(≥52%)，有較高的含污能力，因質輕，所需反沖洗強度較低，可節省大量反沖洗水量及電能。

二、無煙煤濾料的應用：

無煙煤濾料同石英砂濾料配合使用是我國推廣的雙層快速濾池和三層濾池、濾罐過濾的 材料。是提高濾速增加單位面積出水量和成倍提高截污能力，降低工程造價和減少占地面積比較的途徑。廣泛用于化工、冶金、熱電、制藥、造紙、印染、食品等生產前后的水質處理過程中。

三、無煙煤濾料常用規格：

0.5－0.1mm，0.8－1.2mm，1－2mm，2-4mm，3-5mm等。
