安全閥簡介說明

安全閥是承壓設備、容器和管路上的超壓保護裝置，當介質壓力升高超過允許值時，安全閥自動開啟，繼而全量（或微量）排放，防止壓力繼續升高，當壓力降低至規定值時，安全閥及時自動關閉。

安全閥設計、制造、驗收技術標準符合GB/T12243-2005的要求。

封閉式安全閥的閥蓋是封閉的，利于防止灰塵和雜物侵入，及防止有毒或易燃介質溢出；開放式安全閥由于閥蓋敞開，利于降低彈簧腔室的溫度，主要用于蒸汽介質管道及容器，帶散熱器安全閥主要適用于介質溫度超過350℃的工況。

帶扳手彈簧式安全閥當介質壓力達到開啟壓力的75％以上時，能利用扳手手動開啟。

全啟式安全閥開啟高度≥1/4流道直徑，排放量大，微啟式安全閥開啟高度為1/20 ～1/40流道直徑。
