安全閥是承壓設備、容器和管路上的超壓保護裝置,當介質壓力升高超過允許值時,安全閥自動開啟,繼而全量(或微量)排放,防止壓力繼續升高,當壓力降低至規定值時,安全閥及時自動關閉。
安全閥設計、制造、驗收技術標準符合GB/T12243-2005的要求。
封閉式安全閥的閥蓋是封閉的,利于防止灰塵和雜物侵入,及防止有毒或易燃介質溢出;開放式安全閥由于閥蓋敞開,利于降低彈簧腔室的溫度,主要用于蒸汽介質管道及容器,帶散熱器安全閥主要適用于介質溫度超過350℃的工況。
帶扳手彈簧式安全閥當介質壓力達到開啟壓力的75%以上時,能利用扳手手動開啟。
全啟式安全閥開啟高度≥1/4流道直徑,排放量大,微啟式安全閥開啟高度為1/20 ~1/40流道直徑。
