本機床采用上機體砂架升降結構，工作臺相對于地面高度恒定，工件厚度變化時，機體升降。軟膠輥采用25SH天然橡膠，彈性大，清除橫紋、白邊現象，精度高，并且使用壽命長，裝置美國3M拋光輥，變頻調速，高低可調，更將容易消除橫紋現象，從而得到更優異的拋光效果,特別適用于生產線配套使用，是輥涂生產線上必備設備，與下砂機型聯線使用，一次進料上下兩面可同時砂光，效率高節省人力。
